Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s) within 28 days of receiving your delivery, provided the items are in perfect, unused condition. Please contact our office to submit your return request. Please provide your order number and the relevant items, and we will contact you to process your return.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and are processing your refund. Credits are typically issued within five business days. We are not liable for and cannot accept responsibility for any bank charges that may be incurred during the refund process.
We will refund the full value of returned items unless otherwise stated.
Faulty/Damaged Items
A defective item is a non-functional item without obvious damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact us and let our customer service team know.
If you receive damaged items, please contact us immediately. In case of damage that occurred during shipping, please retain all packaging materials and documents related to your order.
Reimbursement of shipping costs
We are unable to refund shipping costs if you return less than the full order.
If you return faulty products, we will reimburse you for the standard delivery costs for returning the product(s).
Returns outside the return period
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, we do not accept returns outside the return period.
Refunds for promotions
If a promotional code/discount was used during the processing of your order, the discounted amount will not be refunded to you, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
