Invoices are due upon receipt of the delivery.
The payment term is 30 days, except for payment by direct debit (10 days) or otherwise approved by Aurora World GmbH.
The goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any defects, errors, or damage must be reported to Aurora World GmbH within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. No claims can be made after the 72-hour complaint period has expired. This applies to transport damage, delivery defects and errors, as well as loss of goods.
For orders with a value of 250 euros or more, shipping costs are included in the German delivery price.
The buyer only acquires a claim to the delivered goods upon receipt of the purchase price by Aurora World GmbH.
